- GDPRAFI is committed to the highest standard of data protection. We comply with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and will sign a data processing agreement (DPA) on request.
- California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA)The CCPA applies to vendors doing business in California and governs the processing of personal data. We meet the CCPA by allowing access to and deletion of personal data, and by following its other requirements.
- US-EU Privacy ShieldDesigned to ensure that companies on both sides of the Atlantic meet data protection requirements when transferring personal data outside the EU. AFI participates in and has certified compliance with this framework.
- HIPAAHIPAA covers the safeguards required to secure electronically protected health information. Our systems and processes comply with HIPAA. For customers on a HIPAA plan we will sign a business associate agreement.
- PCIThe Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS) governs the handling of cardholder data in order to reduce payment card fraud. AFI complies with PCI DSS.
